Do I need to download an app?
No. The whole Abrazo experience works by texting our AI assistant Ana. The iOS and Android apps are coming soon, but they're optional. Most clients book everything just by texting.
How are providers vetted?
Every provider completes a full background check, references are verified, and experience is confirmed before they're listed. We also conduct interviews with every provider personally. Being on Abrazo is something providers earn, not something they pay for.
How does payment work?
Payment runs through Abrazo automatically. The first time you book, you'll receive a secure payment link. After that, your card is saved for one tap rebooking. No cash, no checks, no awkward end of session moments.
Can I cancel a booking?
Yes. Cancel up to 24 hours before your booking for a full refund. Within 24 hours, a 50 percent fee applies. No-shows are charged in full. Clear, fair, and explained upfront.
What if I have a problem with a service?
A real person will help you. Anything our AI assistant can't handle goes straight to a human at Abrazo. We stand behind every booking on the platform.
